Wine is part of Trianglhof – and part of Bolzano. For centuries, winegrowing has shaped life on our farm, surrounded by some of the city’s best-known vineyards.
At the same time, Bolzano brings together Alpine cuisine and Mediterranean influences – from traditional South Tyrolean inns to aperitivo and fine dining.
Here, good food and wine begin right on our doorstep.
Wine walks from the farm
The “Rebe” wine trail begins just a ten-minute walk from Trianglhof and winds through the sunny vineyards towards Signat on the Renon plateau. Along the way, artistic installations tell the story of winegrowing and the cultural landscape around Bolzano.
Prefer to take it easy? You can also start the walk from above by taking the Renon cable car up and walking downhill from there.
Winery tour & wine tasting
The Kellerei Bozen winery is also where the grapes from our own vineyards are transformed into award-winning South Tyrolean wines. On a guided tour, discover the winery’s distinctive architecture, learn more about the winemaking process and taste a selection of wines in the vinotheque.

How does a grape become a great wine? On a personal tour of the farm, Michael takes you into the world of South Tyrolean winegrowing and shares insights into working in the vineyard, the grape varieties we grow and the journey our grapes take from Trianglhof to Kellerei Bozen.
Afterwards, we taste a selection of wines from Kellerei Bozen together – including, of course, wines made from grapes grown in our own vineyards.
