Step outside and let the view set the pace. The 17 m² south-west facing balcony looks out towards the Mendel mountains and the vineyards of St. Magdalena – with plenty of afternoon sun and space to sit back, slow down and enjoy where you are.
Inside, 35 m² are designed for an easy, comfortable stay for two or three guests, with a cosy double bedroom, a modern bathroom with rain shower and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area with sofa bed.
For a slower start to the day, head to the Triangolo. Our south-east facing lounge catches the morning sun and is a lovely place for a complimentary coffee or tea before setting off.
Later on, the balcony becomes your favourite spot again – for a quiet afternoon, a glass of South Tyrolean wine or simply the view.
And while the setting feels wonderfully peaceful, Bolzano’s old town is only a few minutes away.

With 50 m² and two separate bedrooms, there is plenty of room for families or friends travelling together. One bedroom has a double bed, the second sleeps two guests, while the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area comes with a sofa bed for an additional guest. Inside, 56 m² offer plenty of space for families or friends travelling together. There are two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and a second with two single beds arranged on different levels. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area with sofa bed, together with a modern bathroom with rain shower, complete the apartment.
The 17 m² balcony adds another living space outdoors – ideal for a slow breakfast, a quiet afternoon or simply enjoying the changing light over the vineyards and mountains.

Rosengarten
The name says it all: wake up to the Catinaccio Dolomites

With a name like Rosengarten, the view has to be something special. Facing east, the apartment welcomes the morning sun and opens towards the Catinaccio Dolomites – best enjoyed from your own 40 m² private rooftop terrace.
This is the place for slow breakfasts in the morning sun, long moments outdoors and evenings spent watching the mountains change with the light. With so much private space above the vineyards, the terrace feels like an outdoor living room all of its own.
Inside, 50 m² offer plenty of room for four to five guests. Two separate bedrooms with double beds – which can also be arranged separately – make the apartment ideal for couples, families or friends travelling together. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area, with a comfortable sofa bed for an additional guest, and a modern bathroom with rain shower complete the apartment.
And despite all that space, silence and mountain scenery, Bolzano’s old town is only a few minutes away.

During the peak season, we kindly ask for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Standard occupancy is:
2 guests in the Hörtenberg and Bozen apartments
4 guests in the Rentsch, Kampill, and Rosengarten apartments
For each additional guest, we charge a surcharge of €30 per night.
Tourist tax
Rates do not include the local tourist tax, which amounts to 2,40 €per person per night (children under 14 years are exempted) and is to be paid on site.
Payment
You may settle your bill either in advance by bank transfer, by credit card, by debit card or in cash (legal limit for cash payments is €4,999.00).

Cancellation
There is no right of withdrawal pursuant to the Italian Consumer Protection Code.
Nevertheless, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
In the event of cancellation from 13 days prior to arrival, as well as in the case of a no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the apartments are re-rented partially or in full.
Reference is made to Articles 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
Travel insurance
We recommend cancellation insurance for extra peace of mind in case you need to cancel your booking. Click here to take out insurance.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3 p.m., or earlier by prior arrangement. On your day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Bike storage
We have a bike room complete with a charging station where you can safely leave your bicycles and recharge your e-bikes.
Baby equipment
Cots, high chairs, changing mats, nappy bins, children’s cutlery and baby carriers are available on request.
Transfer and parking
On request, we are happy to pick you up at Bozen train station or airport on arrival and take you there on departure. Alternatively, you can take city buses (Sasa) no. 8 or no. 1 to get from the train or bus station to Trianglhof in just 5 minutes.
If you are arriving by car, we offer one free parking space per apartment here on site.
Breakfast
Upon request, we’re happy to prepare a regional breakfast in our breakfast room.

Laundry

Sunday
Dear guests,
six days a week, we are happy to prepare breakfast for you. Sundays are reserved for our family.
For this reason, we do not serve our prepared breakfast in the Triangolo on Sundays. Our fresh bread delivery service is, of course, still available on Sundays – simply order your favourite bread and rolls by 6:00 pm the evening before.
