Each of our five lovingly furnished apartments bears the name of a special place or region, which you can see directly from the balcony or window. So your vacation begins with the first look out.

Good to Know:
Prices are per night and per apartment, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.
During the peak season, we kindly ask for bookings of 7 nights or more.

The listed prices are per night and per apartment.
Standard occupancy is:
2 guests in the Hörtenberg and Bozen apartments
4 guests in the Rentsch, Kampill, and Rosengarten apartments
For each additional guest, we charge a surcharge of €30 per night.
Tourist tax
Rates do not include the local tourist tax, which amounts to 2€per person per night (children under 14 years are exempted) and is to be paid on site.
Payment
You may settle your bill either in advance by bank transfer, by credit card, by debit card or in cash (legal limit for cash payments is €4,999.00).

We require a deposit to confirm the booking.

Cancellation
Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal on accommodation bookings, we do allow cancellations. The following terms apply:
- There is no charge for cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- For bookings cancelled 13 to 4 days before arrival, a 70% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations made 4 days or less before arrival and no-shows are charged in full.
- Cancellation is excluded in the high season.
These terms apply regardless of whether the apartments are let to other guests for the period, whether in full or in part. Please refer to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (legislative decree 206/2005).
Travel insurance
We recommend cancellation insurance for extra peace of mind in case you need to cancel your booking. Click here to take out insurance.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is from 3 p.m., or earlier by prior arrangement. On your day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.
Bike storage
We have a bike room complete with a charging station where you can safely leave your bicycles and recharge your e-bikes.
Baby equipment
Cots, high chairs, changing mats, nappy bins, children’s cutlery and baby carriers are available on request.
Transfer and parking
On request, we are happy to pick you up at Bozen train station or airport on arrival and take you there on departure. Alternatively, you can take city buses (Sasa) no. 8 or no. 1 to get from the train or bus station to Trianglhof in just 5 minutes.
If you are arriving by car, we offer one free parking space per apartment here on site.
Breakfast
Upon request, we’re happy to prepare a regional breakfast in our breakfast room.

Pets
Please understand that we cannot accommodate pets.
Bolzano Card
As our guest, you will receive a complimentary Bozen Card for the duration of your stay. You can use it to travel for free on public transport across South Tyrol, including selected lift facilities such as the Ritten and Kohlern gondolas, and the Ritten narrow-gauge railway. The card also grants one free return trip to the Rittner Horn and other discounts, e.g. on city tours or wine tastings.
Smoking
Our apartments are non-smoking areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Laundry
A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee.
Sunday
Dear guests of the Trianglhof,
we work with dedication six days a week, and the seventh day is reserved for our family.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we do not offer breakfast service on this day.
